The North Quandrangle Building—better known as North
Quad—houses a tutoring center, offices for academic advising and academic systems, University College, and departments affiliated with our College of Sciences and Humanities. The building was originally the home for the campus library
and assembly hall before Bracken Library was built in 1975. Renovations to
North Quad in 2011 consisted of converting former library space
into classrooms, improving accessibility, enhancing offices and classrooms,
simplifying circulation paths, and addressing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical
needs.
