Kinghorn
Hall is one of the university's residence halls. Completed in 2010, it was
designed with student
trends in mind, including requests for living quarters with greater privacy and
convenience, top-notch technology, and increased storage. Kinghorn Hall was designed to be energy-efficient, thus meeting
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) certification standards as
developed by the U.S. Green Building Council.
Namesake:
Thomas J. Kinghorn, a former vice president for business affairs and treasurer.
