Dr. Rebecca Gonzales, Ph.D., BCBA-D, is a consultant and Assistant Teaching Professor. Her research interests include rapport building, mentorship, staff training, performance feedback, motivational interviewing, and ethics, with a particular focus on strengthening professional relationships in applied settings. She is passionate about mentoring future behavior analysts and fostering meaningful, socially significant outcomes for clients and practitioners.
