Locker Service

SRWC Full Lockers: $60

Ball Gym & Lewellen Pool Full Lockers: $45

Ball Gym 1/2 Lockers: $30

  • Lockers are available on a first come, first served basis.
  • Recreation Services will not be responsible for the loss of locker contents due to fire, theft, or other circumstances.
  • Recreation Services reserves the right to inspect the interior of any locker and revoke the privileges if conditions justify such actions.
  • Renter will be charged $15 for a replacement of a missing lock.
  • Only locks issued by Recreation Services may be used in rental agreements. All other locks will be removed.
  • Each rental includes only one locker. Additional lockers in different locations require additional fees.
  • Services are non transferable.
  • All services expire on June 30th each year. Clean-outs will begin in August.
  • Locker rooms are subject to close during maintenance issues, special events, or practices.

To renew your services with credit card, visit https://recreation.bsu.edu/ to log into your new Recreation Services Membership Portal. 

 

  1. Sign into your account using your BSU information by selecting “Sign in with BSU Username and Password” located in the red box.
  2. Select “Locker Renewal” from the options below.
  3. Select “Renew” from a list of your current locker services.
  4. Select Duration “2021 - 2022 Academic Year”
  5. Complete the payment process with credit card. 
  6. Repeat the same steps for towel and apparel services if you wish to renew.

 

To register for new services with credit card, visit https://recreation.bsu.edu/ to log into your new Recreation Services Membership Portal.

 

  1. Sign into your account using your BSU information by selecting “Sign in with BSU Username and Password” located in the red box.
  2. Select “Programs and Registrations” from the options below.
  3. Select “New Locker Registration” from the classifications on the left.
  4. Complete your selection and payment process.
  5. Our office will email you with your assigned locker location and combination within 2 business days. The lock is in place and ready for use.

Please note that the online portal only accepts registrations completed with credit card.

To register in-person with cash or check, please see the attendant at

the Student Recreation and Wellness Center Equipment Room window.

There is no online registration for cash or check.

Complimentary Daily Use Lockers

Each recreation facility locker room (Ball Gym, the Jo Ann Gora Student Recreation and Wellness Center, and Lewellen Pool) has a designated area for daily lockers. These identified "daily use" lockers are available for patrons who do not want to rent a locker but want to store their items in a locked location. Patrons must provide their own locks for these lockers. All locks must be removed by the end of the business day. Locks remaining on lockers in these areas will be cut, and contents will be removed and discarded. Each locker room will have its designated area for "daily use" lockers posted. No registration is required.
