Concessions Operations
Established in May of 2024, Ball State University Concessions Operations provides concession food, drinks, snacks, and other items to all Ball State University Athletic Events and other Campus Events. As a part of Business and Auxiliary Services, Ball State Concessions Operations strives to enhance the fan experience at all events through quality food and customer service.
In the first year of Concessions Operations, we were able to serve approximately 36,000 guests and sold over 96,000 products. With the goal of continuous improvement and efficiency, the goal will be to eclipse the inaugural year's numbers and continue to provide an excellent customer service experience.
