There are plenty of opportunities to participate in variety of programs offerings and formats with Recreation Services! Our friendly students and staff make every effort to ensure your participation is a positive experience. We offer a variety of programs ranging from fitness, wellness, competition, adventure, youth and family activities, and many more!

Rec Fit offers many trained instructors who teach a variety of fitness classes for all levels of fitness. We offer over 50 classes each week during the school year. Some of those include Cycling, Pilates, Zumba, PIYO, and strength training. These classes are offered year round and will challenge the fitness levels of all participants. Learn more.
Personal training provides a variety of options in collaboration with Studio 22 for students, faculty, staff, and alumni. All Personal Trainers are nationally certified and trained to provide the best experience to help assist you in meeting your goals. Learn more.

If you use fitness centers multiple days per week or don’t want to worry about washing and drying your fitness clothes, then our locker and apparel services will meet your needs. Lockers come in two sizes, half and full. Apparel Services will provide a pair of socks, shorts, and a shirt that will be washed after use. Learn more.
Have a friend or family member coming to visit? Members may bring up to two guests during their stay. Guest passes are valid for the day in which they are purchased. The ability to feel comfortable in the water and learn basic skills is the primary goal of Learn to Swim. By offering a variety of skill lessons, our Learn to Swim Program offers participants the opportunity to learn basics such as being comfortable jumping into the water to different swim strokes. Want to compete with your friends? Build your team today! Participate in a variety of sports and get the chance to earn the coveted Intramural Champion T-shirt. A variety of team sports are offered during each semester for both the moderate and avid competitors. Learn more.
