  • Print up to 600 black-and-white pages or impressions or up to 120 color pages or impressions per semester at no cost.
  • Print from your personal devices, including Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android. (For more information, see this KB article.)
  • Print securely and privately; only you can release and see your print jobs.

  • Print from your personal devices, including Windows, Mac, iPhone, iPad and Android. (For more information, see this KB article.)

If your department has been set up with PrintSmart printers, you will need to request new printer drivers be installed on your Ball State computer to allow you to print to those printers. Once your computer is set up, you can send print jobs to the printer, then simply swipe your Ball State ID at the printer and follow the on-screen instructions to print your documents.

If your department has not been set up for PrintSmart and the department would like to begin that process, please contact the Technology Helpdesk at 765-285-1517 or by email.
