Contact a UCS Technology Support Expert

It's easy to get technology help from the UCS technology support experts.  There are several ways that UCS HelpDesk can provide technology assistance.  Each is detailed below.

E-mail the HelpDesk

E-mailing the HelpDesk is a great way to get technical assistance.  Send e-mail anytime from anyplace to helpdesk@bsu.edu.  During business hours, knowledgeable HelpDesk staff constantly monitor the e-mail account and will quickly reply to you with the information you requested.  If you are reporting a technical problem with a BSU-owned machine that cannot be resolved via e-mail, the HelpDesk staff will log a problem ticket and route it to a Local Service Provider (LSP) who will then contact you to make arrangements to resolve the problem.  E-mails sent after business hours will be addressed the next business day.

Call the HelpDesk
