Assistant Teaching Professor of Applied Behavior Analysis
Dr. Balmer's current research interest are using the methodologies of behavioral skills training (BST) in both the residential and classroom setting. His primary focus is assisting other professionals in using descriptive functional assessment procedures through a BST model to teach adaptive behaviors rather than supressing maladaptive behavior.
