Dr. Joseph Rodgers is an educator whose work focuses on effective literacy instruction, meaningful assessment, and teacher evaluation. Drawing on his experience as a classroom teacher, administrator, and Title I director, he explores practical ways to strengthen teaching and learning for diverse students through educator collaboration and teamwork.
