Housing and Residence Life Student Organizations
Four student organizations are sponsored by Ball State's Office of Housing and Residence Life.
The Residence Hall Association (RHA) is a coordinating body of on-campus students. The mission of RHA is to partner with the residence hall councils, hall staff, and administration to improve the quality of life at Ball State through the development and improvement of activities/events, policies, and facilities
The Student Action Team (SAT) is an organization dedicated to volunteering, raising awareness on important topics, and supporting Ball State University and the Muncie community. Throughout the year, SAT hosts several educational and beneficial events that are open to all Ball State students.
The Ruth Peters Chapter of the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH) of Ball State University provides recognition for those top student leaders living in the residence halls who have shown outstanding service, recognition, commitment, and who have provided important leadership in the advancement of the residence halls.
The National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) is a premier leadership honor society at Ball State for sophomores and freshmen whose goal as a national organization is to “build leaders who make a better world.” Through our chapter of NSLS, members take steps towards induction that focus on core leadership skills that help members discover and achieve their goals.
