Living in one of our residence halls or University Apartments is a great value, providing convenience, a supportive environment, and a variety of services.
Use our online housing application to submit and complete your contract for the residence halls or the University Apartments. New students who have confirmed their offer of admissions will be sent information via mail and email (to your Ball State Outlook account) on how to request a space in our residence hall system.
If you have just confirmed your admissions to Ball State, please give us two business days for the confirmation to reach our system. After the two business days, you should have the ability to complete your housing application.
