Michael Brouder joined Ball State Media in 2025 after serving as the General Manager of WTHR, Indianapolis’ NBC affiliate, where he led the station’s strategic direction, operations, and community engagement efforts. Before joining TEGNA’s WTHR, Brouder served as a Director of Creative Services for Tribune Broadcasting and Director of Marketing and Network Presentation for Fox Sports Net. He teaches both first year and Media Promotion and Management courses in the Department of Media.
