Holly has over 13 years of experience in teaching mathematics including high school in California, middle school in Texas and university classes at the University of Idaho and Ball State University.

Holly recently finished her seventh year at BSU which has included work with the Interactive Learning Space initiative, working with the redesign teams for Math 125, 108 and 111 and has served and chaired several department committees. Holly received the Lawhead Teaching Award in General Education in 2014 was recently elected as the Secretary for the University Contract Faculty Committee. She is currently serving as the Emporium Coordinator for Intermediate and Precalculus Algebra and teaches math for the Summer Scholars Program. She has presented at numerous workshops across the country including the American Mathematic Association for Two-Year Colleges.

Outside of her teaching career, Holly can often be found out on the soccer pitch either cheering on her son or playing a game or two with other soccer moms and dads. She loves the outdoors, camping and traveling with her favorite 13-year old.
