Operating from 2003 to 2009, the Indianapolis Cultural Development Commission was charged with encouraging the development of cultural amenities as an economic development strategy. Through public art exhibits, marketing efforts, a cultural district planning and development process for six Indy neighborhoods, and other tools, the commission partnered with many cultural and arts groups to promote Indy’s many attractions.
CAP:IC provided planning and graphic design assistance for the cultural districts program as well as Web site assistance for the overall commission.
