Keith Norris serves as the Assistant Director of First-Year Experience in University College at Ball State University.  In this role, he coordinates transition initiatives, peer mentorship programs, and exploratory tracks to support incoming students.  His professional background includes experience as an English professor and work in media as a magazine editor, photographer, and technical writer.  This diverse instructional and communication experience informs his practical approach to program development and student outreach.  His work focuses on curriculum development, program and course management, and instructor support for exploratory studies, first-year seminars, and other first-year initiatives.
