Your spouse must be covered under Ball State insurance to be eligible for the biometric screening.
Yes. To receive accurate results you will need to fast 10 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. You may have water, as much as desired, and any prescription medications.
The screening takes about 10-15 minutes to complete.
Working Well treats your health screening information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Working Well provides a year-end report of the total number of employees screened as well as an aggregate report with the total number of health changes.
