James joined Ball State Online in February 2025. He brings a multidisciplinary background in political science, higher education recruitment, and global partnership development to his role as Online Student Recruitment Specialist.
James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with a minor in Law and Society from Lebanon Valley College, where he also studied international governance at Maastricht University in the Netherlands. His academic foundation is complemented by practical experience in campaign leadership, student mentoring, and public-facing event coordination. He is committed to fostering inclusive access to higher education through strategic advising and student-centered engagement.
