Curriculum Vitae
Dr. Caddell retired from P-12 schools in 2017 after having served 16 years as a superintendent in two Indiana school corporations. During his tenure two of his schools were recognized as
National Blue Ribbon Schools, while his former school corporation was honored as an Apple Distinguished School Corporation. Dr. Caddell has served our department for the past 10 years as an adjunct professor.

Professional Experience
Dr. Caddell is an Assistant Professor who teaches primarily in the superintendent preparation program. He also serves as the Director of the Principal’s Internship Program.
