COVID-19 and Ball State University's Response

Ball State University plans for face-to-face instruction to begin on August 24, as scheduled. Before then, the University will take several steps to advance the health and safety of students, faculty, staff, and campus visitors. Stay informed, please review our plans and additional resources.

The Communication Resource Center is a service available to students, faculty, and members of our community. We provide large-format and laser printing as well as a variety of supplies for purchase.

Five large-format printers, also called plotters, are loaded with paper for the following formats:

  • 36-inch (bond/vellum/photo satin)
  • 42-inch (glossy/photo satin)
  • 60-inch (glossy/photo satin)

One plotter is set to print on different types of media, including watercolor, Bristol, vellum, bond, card stock, kraft paper, and newsprint. Color laser printers are available for smaller projects.

Printers only print what you create, you will not have access to a computer to make any adjustments to files once you’re here, so make sure your files are ready to print.

PDF format is preferred, but you know what format will achieve desired results.
