Mentoring Plan:

The mentoring plan for our student researcher involves guiding them through a structured exploration of the chosen project area. Over the course of five hours per week, including at least one hour of one-on-one interaction, I will provide ongoing support and feedback to ensure their progress and understanding. This will include regular check-ins to discuss their research findings, address any challenges they encounter, and offer guidance on next steps. Additionally, I will encourage their active participation in relevant workshops, seminars, and conferences to further enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. Through this mentoring approach, I aim to cultivate their critical thinking abilities, research skills, and overall academic and professional development. The student researcher will work 5 h/week on the project including a 1-on-1 interaction with me for at least 1 hour/week.
