Freezer Burritos:
1 lb ground beef or turkey (or beans if vegan/veggie)
1 onion
Salt and pepper
1 can refried beans
1 can (4 oz) diced green Chiles
1 cup green enchilada sauce
1/2 cup red enchilada sauce
1/4 cup salsa
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 cups shredded cheese
10 ten-inch flour tortillas

Mango Guacamole:
2 medium avocado
1 mango
1 small tomato
1 small onion
1 clove garlic
1 lime
Salt and pepper

Chocolate Sauce:
1 cup dark chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup water
1 tsp cinnamon
Pinch cayenne pepper
