Parking Garages

Event parking is available in the garages after 6 p.m. on the evenings of events (with 7:30 p.m. start time).

The closest and recommended parking is available in the McKinley Avenue Parking Garage (behind Sursa Hall; across the street from Emens) at McKinley and Ashland Avenues.

The New York Parking Garage is located to the east along New York Avenue.

The Student Center Parking Garage near McKinley Avenue and Gilbert Street is an additional option that frequently has a shuttle bus drop off.

Due to changes in our campus layout, the Emens Parking Structure no longer exists.

There may be a nominal cash fee for parking in these structures.

For many events, handicap parking will be reserved in the lot to the east of the Health Professions Building off Riverside Avenue. For many Emens season events we offer a shuttle cart for patrons unable to walk the distance. Call the Emens box office at 765-285-1539 to confirm availability.

Circle Drive, located adjacent to Emens Auditorium, is police controlled. Individuals who have difficulty walking long distances can be dropped off along Circle Drive. The driver will be asked to vacate this area immediately in order to allow access to the shuttle buses and others needing this drop-off service.

Handicap parking will be reserved to the east of the Health Professional Building at the corner of Riverside Ave. and Dicks St. This lot will be available for free handicap parking starting one hour before each Emens-Sponsored performance. To verify availability, call the Emens box office at 765-285-1539. We will also provide a Courtesy Cart running every 5-10 minutes that will take patrons to the front entrance.

Additionally, parking spaces are reserved for accessible parking in all parking structures. The McKinley Avenue Parking Garage also features an elevator for easy access. Patrons who find it difficult to walk long distances can be dropped off in the circle drive located at the main entrance of Emens.

Shuttle Bus service is available around campus at no cost with no ID required.

Four (4) separate shuttle bus routes—known as the red, blue, green and orange loops—run on campus. Three of these routes – red, green, & orange – stop at Emens Auditorium, McKinley Parking Garage, and Student Center Parking Garage as indicated on the map above.
