Emens Auditorium offers the following services for patrons with disabilities.

For many events, accessible parking will be reserved in the lot to the east of the Health Professionals Building off Riverside Avenue. A shuttle cart will be available for patrons unable to walk the distance. Call the Emens box office at 765-285-1539 to confirm availability.

An additional option is for patrons to be dropped off in the circle drive located at the main entrance of Emens.

Circle Drive, located adjacent to Emens Auditorium, is police controlled.

Individuals who have difficulty walking long distances can be dropped off along Circle Drive. The driver will be asked to vacate this area immediately in order to allow access to the shuttle buses and others needing this drop-off service.

Emens Auditorium is equipped with an accessible elevator for mobility impaired patrons, and wheelchair-accessible seating is available throughout the auditorium.

Wheelchair-accessible seating is available throughout the auditorium.

To see seating locations, view our seating chart (PDF).

Wheelchair seating can be purchased at the Emens box office or online at Ticketmaster.com. If you are able to transfer from your wheelchair, swing-arm seats are available to make transferring easier. Simply call the box office at 765-285-1539 to request swing-arm seating.

Infrared listening systems are available at the Emens box office for patrons with hearing impairments.

We are glad to make arrangements for interpreters. Please make requests through the box office at least two weeks prior to the performance.

Please let us know if you require any special needs by calling the box office at 765-285-1539 at least two weeks prior to an event. We are happy to assist with any special requests.

Wheelchairs are available for use at the venue for assistance from your vehicle to your seat. However, availability is limited so please contact us in advance if you need this accommodation.
