DIGITAL SCHOLARSHIP AND SCHOLARLY COMMUNICATION (DSSC)
As a unit, we define digital scholarship as a technique to advance research by learning and applying new and emerging digital tools, methods, or processes.
We strive to develop and refine programs and services that model and support research and publishing excellence with digital and open access strategies. For example, the unit advances the creation, discovery, and dissemination of digital and open access research by providing access to general resources and key programs needed for faculty, staff, and students to create, analyze, and publish research and creative work.
The unit supports the University Libraries’ vision of innovation by connecting people, cultures, and knowledge through these core programs and services.
