John Horowitz, professor of economics, earned his doctorate from Texas A&M University. His research areas include: microeconomics, health economics, public finance, and public choice. His research publications have been published in Review of Economics and Statistics, Economic Inquiry, Eastern Economic Journal, health Economics, Public Choice, and the Southern Economic Journal.
