This Summer, the Miller College of Business is proud to offer an all-new course—Successful Crisis Management of Self and the Organization—that reviews the strategies and techniques for effective leadership in times of crisis. In this course, students will explore two key areas in crisis management that each cover a variety of topics like effective leadership and making informed decisions during disruptive times.
