SOAR Program
SOAR stands for Success, Opportunity, Acumen, and Readiness. This program was founded to serve as a cornerstone in supporting student success and is guided by three main pillars/values: passion, progression, and perseverance.
SOAR helps ensure every CCIM student receives extensive opportunities to focus on career exploration, professional growth, and developing a sense of belonging and self-identity throughout their time at Ball State.

Throughout the semester, events and activities are held to help foster a sense of belonging and community among students and facilitate faculty/student engagement outside of the classroom.
