The Importance of Inclusive Excellence

At Ball State, we celebrate inclusive excellence as part of our community and culture.

Inclusive Excellence is designed to help colleges and universities integrate diversity, equity, and educational quality efforts into their missions and institutional operations.

Roundtable Events

This year, Ball State is engaging in a series of four inclusive excellence discussions with alumni, faculty, staff, students, and members of the local community. See highlights from each discussion or watch the full roundtable events.

Culture and Climate Survey

The Higher Education Data Sharing Consortium will administer the Campus Climate survey. Beginning February 7, look for your email from BSU2022@hedsconsortium.org that contains your personalized link to the survey, which should take about 15 minutes to complete. Your participation is voluntary, and your responses will remain anonymous. If you have questions about the survey, visit our FAQ page or contact Rashida Willard, Associate Vice President for Inclusive Excellence.
