Amy Clevenger is from the Muncie area and graduated from Ball State in 2009 with an AS in Business Information Technology. Joining the Center in 1997 after an 11 year career as an Ameritech (AT&T) residential customer service representative, she served as the secretary to the Applied Research Institute, and more recently as Office Coordinator, managing student admissions, course building, scheduling and registration, placement coordination and web authoring for the Center.

Her service to the university includes volunteerism as a representative to the Ball State University Staff Council and as a member of the Graduate Recruiting Roundtable. Her service to the Muncie Community includes the Muncie Mission Sleep Room, United Way, Covenant Partners Ministries, Habitat for Humanity, and is certified as an Early Responder for the United Methodist Committee on Relief.
