Personnel All Ball State University students, faculty and staff are eligible users of the facility provided that they comply with the provisions described on this web site.
Assisted Use Only
Individuals and groups using the heliodon and/or imaging equipment must do so only with the assistance and under the supervision of an authorized CERES Heliodon staff member.
The staff person is trained and charged to insure the proper use of the equipment and facility and to assist the patron with all aspects of their testing session.
Hours
Normal staffed operation hours coincide with university-wide office hours. These are typically: Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to noon and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. Summer hours may vary. Check with our office for variations in this schedule before booking the facility.
