Andre Bean, Ph.D. is a Senior Academic Advisor and Retention Specialist with extensive experience in supporting student success through strategic advising, data-informed retention initiatives, and holistic student engagement.  With a strong background in academic counseling and persistence programming, Dr. Bean has consistently helped students navigate complex educational pathways, overcome barriers to completion, and achieve their academic goals.  His work focuses on fostering inclusive advising environments, improving institutional retention metrics, and building collaborative relationships across departments to ensure students thrive from enrollment to graduation.
