Beatrice Nikki Vicks serves as the major Academic Advisor for the Miller College of Business. In her role, Nikki oversees the Business Administration major where she works closely with students providing guidance and support as they navigate their college journey. Nikki has been an employee for Ball State for over twenty years. She spent her career supporting the institution by being committed to student success. Nikki is passionate about supporting students and helping them achieve their academic and personal life goals. She enjoys providing guidance and support that helps develop, equip, and empower students to live meaningful lives that make a difference in the world. In her personal time, Nikki enjoys spending time with her family. She enjoys going to the Indiana Pacer games, taking nature walks, reading, and cooking!
