Information Technology will continue to provide all Tech Center support services remotely. Walk-in assistance at Bracken Library is not available until further notice. If equipment needs serviced, drop off and pick up services, while you wait in your car, will be scheduled on an as needed basis. Unified Technology Support (UTS) provides friendly and knowledgeable technology support for the Ball State community. Through our wide range of services, we will help you find the answers to your technology questions and provide expertise to help resolve your technology support needs.
The Tech Center, located in BL 101, is home to several UTS services, including the Concierge Desk, TechTime, the Technology HelpDesk, the Technology Store, as well as the UTS administrative offices. Other UTS services are located in the lower level of Bracken Library and in the Robert Bell building. You will find UTS managed labs in several campus locations.
