This program is responsible for assisting campus units in providing a safe work environment for all Ball State employees, students and visitors through the recognition, evaluation and control of health and physical hazards. Included in this objective are the development and implementation of worker safety programs, inspection and monitoring of facilities and work sites, hazard evaluations, bloodborne pathogen control, indoor air quality, manlift and powered industrial vehicle programs, respiratory protection program, employee safety training, and regulatory compliance.
