If you need a new portrait for your directory profile on the Ball State website, just stop by the Marketing and Communications photo studio on the 3rd floor of West Quad between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on one of our portrait days (see below). Please wear colors that contrast with our dark gray background.
Profile photos are for Ball State employees only but not intended for student workers or graduate assistants. Photos will be used on your department's website directory and in media releases.

Two short-term, 15-minute parking spaces for Division of Marketing and Communications visitors are located on W. Campus Drive in front of West Quad Building across from Lucina Tennis Courts.
