Ball Brothers Foundation Hospitality Suite

The John R. Emens College-Community Auditorium hosts and presents more than 75 events each year. With the amenities that were added during the 2016/17 expansion, the opportunities for special events, conferences, receptions, departmental meetings, retreats, and event-related hospitality are greatly enhanced in both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Available Spaces

Main Floor
Emens Plaza

Since the renovation in 2017, you will notice a significant change to the front entrance of Emens. The 4,600-square-foot plaza can serve as an extension to a lobby/auditorium event or reserved separately. The Emens south lawn/plaza area was designed to be a campus focal point, and includes pre-anchors for tents, electrical power, lighting, and a vestibule restroom, making it an ideal outdoor event location.

George and Frances Ball Foundation Lobby

The new grand entrance to Emens Auditorium has many amenities for patrons attending shows and events. The 5,810-square-foot lobby features restrooms, single-use restrooms, built-in concession stands, expanded vestibule, and an enclosed box office. The amenities and the square footage make this an ideal space for social gatherings, expos, registrations, and conventions.
