Brenda Davis
Senior Director of Development
As a fundraiser for Miller College of Business, Brenda is helping advance the same college that prepared her for career success. Having spent the first half of her career in insurance and risk management, Brenda fell in love with the opportunity to pay forward her gratitude toward Ball State University and make a difference in the lives of its deserving students.
Away from work, Brenda and her husband Steve love spending time with their grandchildren, travel and a variety of watersports including boating, skiing/surfing, kayaking, and swimming.
She is also deeply involved in her home community of Plymouth, Indiana, and in causes near to her heart, through organizations that include Compassion International, Plymouth Community Church, and Dustin’s Place. Dustin’s Place offers help for children and families in grief, and was founded by Viki Cullen, the widow of Brenda and Steve’s nephew Dustin, who was a faithful father and friend.
In Brenda’s Own Words
“The best part of my job is spending time with our donors and constituents. I love working to find their passions, to engage them in meaningful ways, and to convey the impact they are having on campus through their philanthropy.”
