Bookmark Cafe

Several cafés, delis, and convenience stores around Ball State’s campus offer fast meals, late-night bites, specialty coffee, smoothies, and grocery basics. Like larger locations, these dining spots focus on fresh, custom-made options and a healthy variety of fruits and vegetables.

LOCALLY ROASTED COFFEE

Located on Bracken Library's first floor, Bookmark Cafe is a cozy place to grab a specialty espresso drink, quick snack, or full meal.

The cafe serves Indianapolis-roasted Hubbard & Cravens artisanal coffees and teas, which means your latte or cappuccino is crafted from beans that have met rigorous quality and flavor standards.

They also have been sourced from farmers who are paid fairly for their product.

MEALS AND SNACKS

Fuel your studying with grab-n-go salads, sandwiches, and fresh fruit and veggie cups. At breakfast time, find cereals, yogurt, bottled juices, and donuts baked just hours earlier. Bring a book or your laptop with you, or take a little break in front of the TV while you caffeinate.

If you are looking for a quick bite or something to take back to your room, Micro Cafe in Studebaker West Complex is the perfect choice for microwavable entrees, grab-n-go sandwiches or salads, convenience grocery items, and bottled drinks. This minimart on the east side of campus also offers freshly baked pastries, snacks, and locally roasted Hubbard & Cravens gourmet coffee.

The Multicultural Center Ice Cream Shop is located right in the heart of campus to the east side of Bracken Library. Here you can find 16 different flavors of hand-dipped Hershey's brand ice cream, shakes, sundaes, and donut ice cream sandwiches.

Offerings also include oat milk ice cream for those with dairy allergies, sorbet, sugar-free, and even rotating seasonal flavors!

Hershey’s Creamery Company family-owned business has been a producer of premiere ice cream since its founding in 1894. The company was one of the first to offer consumers pre-packaged ice cream pints!
