Teresa joins the department to teach neighborhood studios and grant writing courses. Teresa holds a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration from Walden University. She is also an alumna of the college earning a Master of Urban and Regional Planning. Teresa worked for the United States Department of Housing & Urban Development for two decades as a community builder, senior multifamily production underwriter, and a program analyst in public housing, assisting Indiana communities and local governments in promoting economic and community development strategies and prioritizing resources. She is founder and CEO of Midwest Women’s Empowerment Summit.
