The Miller Leadership Academy seeks applicants who demonstrate the qualities exemplified by Wallace T. Miller, Jr., a successful and generous business leader for whom the program is named. The program is open to all students meeting the eligibility criteria, but strong consideration is given to students from underserved and historically marginalized populations whose presence will enhance the learning environment at the Miller College of Business through increased diversity.

A limited number of scholarships are available. Approximately 10-12 students will be accepted into the Miller Leadership Academy each year. The program is highly selective but also holistic in the selection process. Academics are important, but other qualities are of equal if not greater importance. Students with strong leadership skills and experience and demonstrated commitment to serving others are highly encouraged to apply.
