Bridget Lester
Assistant Teaching Professor of Honors College
Bridget Lester is an adjunct instructor of life science coursework for the Honors College. She has taught biology, physiology, and health and wellness classes for undergraduate science majors as well as academically gifted high school students. She is passionate about sharing her excitement and curiosity for science with the students she teaches. She also conducts research at Ball State University's Human Performance Laboratory (HPL) studying the health benefits of a physically active lifestyle. She earned her B.S. and M.S. degrees in Biology before earning her Ph.D. in Human Bioenergetics from BSU's HPL in 2010.
