Dr. Maugherman has been actively practicing counseling psychology since 2000 and has experience running his own private practice and directing a large behavioral health department at a Federally Qualified Health Center. His research interests include applying psychological research into practice, the use of artificial intelligence as an adjunct to psychotherapy, and adolescent psychology.
