Dr. Chan received his B.A. (03), M.S. (05), and Ph.D. (09) from the University of Wisconsin - Madison.

Research interests: Psychosocial aspects and vocational issues of people with chronic illness and disabilities, positive psychology, aggression, cross-cultural studies, neuroscience, and counselor training.

Teaching: Research methods, career theories, psychosocial aspects of disability, counseling theories, foundation of rehabilitation, clinical mental health/rehabilitation counseling practicum, and internship supervision.
