Ball State University offers a bachelor of science in graphic design studies through the School of Art in the College of Fine Arts. 

Graphic Design communicates information and ideas through the strategic use of layout, typography, image, and color. Students learn visual communication skills while developing critical design competencies and problem-solving abilities using traditional and digital media.

Graphic Design Studies BS and Graphic Design BFA

We offer two undergraduate graphic design degrees.

The bachelor of science in graphic design studies combines graphic design with graphic communications and production coursework.

The bachelor of fine arts in graphic design is requires some studio coursework, foundations study, and advanced design courses.
