Bryce Carpenter is the Vice President of Industry Engagement at Conexus Indiana.

For more than a decade, Conexus Indiana, one of the Central Indiana Corporate Partnership (CICP) non-profit initiatives, has been positioning the Hoosier State as the best place for advanced manufacturing and logistics industries to invest, employ and succeed. By collaborating with industry, academic and public sector partners on a shared vision for an innovative, skilled workforce and stronger business climate, Conexus Indiana has helped to create opportunities for advanced manufacturing and logistics companies, prepare Hoosiers to succeed in the state’s largest industry sectors and maintain Indiana’s competitive advantage.
Dwayne L Gott

Ball State University class of 1975, B.S. in Journalism with minor in Business Administration. MBA from Indiana University Kelley School of Business 1982. Over 30 years of supply chain management experience in warehouse and delivery operations and purchasing/inventory management with regional and national companies including Ferguson and Unisource. Currently retired but continuing as a consultant in the field as Cardinal Indiana Consulting LLC.
Rick LaGore is the CEO of InTek Freight & Logistics, Inc.

Over the past 30 years, Rick has held a variety of positions in finance, strategy, operations and marketing.
In 2016, Rick and his 20+ year business partner bought the business they started in 2003.
InTek Freight & Logistics is focused on being the group companies call when faced with a freight & logistics problem.
InTek’s services include:

• Outsourced Managed Transportation Solutions
• Re-seller, Integrator and Consultant for the MercuryGate TMS system

Rick is a frequent contributor to various industry publications and analysts on the state of domestic intermodal market through the InTek intermodal spot rate index developed in 2012. In 2005, Rick was named to the Forty Under 40 list by the Indianapolis Business Journal for his numerous accomplishments. Graduate of THE Ohio State University, with an MBA from Ball State University.
Megan Mills is the Vice President of Procurement at Genesys.

Genesys is the industry’s #1 customer experience platform and leads in both cloud and on-premise customer engagement solutions. Prior to Genesys, Megan was the Business Leader for Schlage Residential Locks at Allegion and has spent over 13 years in progressive procurement, operations, and supply chain management roles at Allegion, Ingersoll Rand, and Delta Faucet.
Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from Ball State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Colorado State University. Megan and her husband, Lance, have 2 children, Crosby and Monroe.
Tim Siddiq is the President and CEO of Merchandise Warehouse.

Tim was born and raised in Kabul, Afghanistan. Because of the communist war, he and his family moved to his mother’s hometown of Indianapolis in 1979. While a student at Ball State University, he worked a Merchandise Warehouse on weekends and summer breaks. Merchandise Warehouse was founded by his Grandfather, Howard Foley, in 1951. Tim soon realized that warehousing ran in his blood and decided to work for the family business after graduating from Ball State University in 1993. Working his way up from warehouseman to President and CEO, he is proud to say he has spent time working in every department of the company. Tim was promoted to the position of President and CEO in 2008, which successfully maintained the family atmosphere and culture set in place by his Uncle, Don Foley, Sr. Since taking over the role of President and CEO, Merchandise Warehouse implemented leading edge technology in their award winning 2016 freezer addition. Tim’s detailed and customer focused management style has enabled tremendous growth the last three years, including the 159,000 sq. ft. expansion of refrigerated space in Pendleton, Indiana.
Tim and his wife, Karmen, have been married since 1995 and have been blessed with 5 children. Tim and his family are actively involved in their local community and church. Merchandise Warehouse is a sponsor of Rise Against Hunger and actively participates in supporting a number of local projects and organizations, and food banks. When not coaching soccer, Tim enjoys spending his time fishing and hunting.
Lauren Terhune is the Regional Transportation Manager for MillerCoors.

Lauren manages the outbound transportation strategy and execution for much of the northeast and Midwest for brands like Coors Light, Miller Lite, Leinenkugel, Redd’s, Blue Moon, etc.
