Hannah Bradshaw

Hannah grew up in northern Michigan before moving to New Hampshire to study at Plymouth State University where I received a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sport Physiology. I played ice hockey and swam for PSU (NCAA DIII). She is certified through the NSCA as a strength and conditioning coach (CSCS), and a certified brain-based practitioner through Z-Health Performance Solutions. Her research interests include the vestibular system and performance in sport, vision training, and working to apply principles of neuroscience to training for sport, longevity, and rehabilitation.
