Sam Robison
Academic Advisor
Hi, I’m Sam and I am a Frist Year Advisor. I work with first year students in any major as well as exploratory students and will stick with students as they adjust to college life. I am a Ball State Alum, finishing my undergrad in Psychological Science in 2017 before going on to complete a Masters of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I’m a licensed therapist but not currently in practice. You will always find fidgets in my office from my days in community mental health. While at Ball State, I was a member of University Singers where I met my husband. I love helping students find their potential and working to create a sense of belonging here at Ball State while figuring out the complexities of being a college student for the first time. I love working with students who might still be figuring out what they want out of their college experience, are experiencing home sickness and those who know what they want but are not sure how to make that happen here. Outside of work, I love reading, Reneé Rapp, Broadway, Mental Health, Spider-Man, Friends, coffee, hanging out with friends and my new puppy.
