The Office of the Vice Provost for Academic Affairs is dedicated to the professional development of faculty members from recruitment to retirement, as well as to the success of students through high-impact learning experiences, continuous program improvement, and innovative pedagogies.

We partner with other central offices on campus to support faculty as they create thoughtful, holistic plans for their careers, achieve excellence in their research and creative endeavors, mentor their students, engage the community, and find meaningful work/life balance.
