When seeking co-sponsorship with Late Nite, there are a few options:
  • Students or groups are able to co-sponsor by providing labor hours with the group being divided among several Late Nite tasks such as registration, games, food, etc.
  • Students or groups are able to create their own activity/area and work that space as a group. This allows for some creative freedom as a student group. (Example: the International Center is interested in cosponsoring an international game at Around the World Late Nite).

If you are interested in co-sponsoring with Late Nite, please e-mail latenite@bsu.edu.

For volunteer or co-sponsorship information, please e-mail latenite@bsu.edu or call the Office of Student Center Programs at 765-285-1031. We would be happy to answer any questions.

Q: What is Student Center Programs?

A: Student Center Programs is the programming unit of the L.A. Pittenger Student Center. It is composed of two student organizations, Late Nite @ Ball State and the University Program Board. Both organizations provide their own unique events but they often collaborate to provide students with the best entertainment on campus.

Q: Who can attend Student Center Programs events?

A: Ball State students, faculty and staff. Ball State IDs are required for in-person events and affiliated logins are required for virtual events.

A: Yes! All guests must be 16 years and older. Please make sure you are also following the guest policy outlined by Housing and Residence Life if you live in a residence hall on campus.

Q: Do I have to wear a mask to Late Nite and UPB events?

A: Yes. All our events require face masks as outlined by the current University policy. Please follow the guidelines of building signage and event management.
